Overview

Empathy is widely considered the most important skill of the 21st century. How do we use empathy to create connection and collaboration? Empathy is a core skill that helps organizations achieve better results in leadership, communication, team collaboration, diversity and inclusion, conflict management, innovation, customer service and organizational change. How can people in your organization be consistent and skillful at using empathy to achieve better relationships and results?

This experiential workshop helps people use empathy for improved relationships. Through interactive exercises, discussion, focused practice and action planning, participants will gain practical actions and tools for applying empathy in their work and life.

  • Experience and practice empathy skills and behaviours
  • Learn ways to communicate with empathy using words and body language
  • Gain insights into the role of empathy in reducing conflicts, increasing communication effectiveness, building trust and fostering collaboration
