How can people in your organization be consistent and skillful at using empathy to achieve better relationships and results?

This experiential workshop helps people use empathy for improved relationships. Through interactive exercises, discussion, focused practice and action planning, participants will gain practical actions and tools for applying empathy in their work and life.

- Learn ways to communicate with empathy using words and body language
