For over 20 years Elizabeth Keurvorst has helped organizations and individuals optimize potential. Her focus is on three areas for growth: leadership coaching, supporting change management maturity and developing highly effective teams.
With deep experience in the trenches of government and other regulated industries, she has used her understanding to help leaders and teams navigate and grow within existing structures and push through the status quo to make meaningful change. Past projects include an organizational re-design for a large financial institution, strategic re-structuring of a national government agency, a city’s total re-branding, leading government partnership training programs in Africa and Sri Lanka, and dozens of other initiatives involving strategic planning, discovery, and training.
She is a sought-after speaker and coach and provides specialized training in the areas of change management, leadership and communications. As an instructor, she encourages and engages participants through her enthusiastic teaching style combined with an applied approach to concepts and tools.
Elizabeth holds an MA in Communications with an Inter-cultural/International Specialty from Royal Roads University and the BC Provincial Instructor Diploma. Her specialized credentials include the APMG Change Management Practitioner/Trainer (CMP) and the PROSCI Certified Change Management Consultant designation. She is also a PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and an ICF-certified coach (ACC).
